Within the series of diverse cultural and scientific activities held by the Academic Excellence Center – male Student Branch of ofuq Foundation for Education and Development Foundation, the activities department of the Center organized on Wednesday 6/3/2019 a chanting evening poetry entitled pioneers of excellence, in which talented students from the Center participated in poetry and Arabic literature and chanting .
The evening aimed at discovering talents and abilities and developing the skills of students in the field of poetry, literature and chanting.The poetry and chanting evening also aimed to provide an opportunity for talented students in poetry and chanting to highlight their talents and poetic, literary and chanting abilities, as well as to encourage students to stand before the public and not to bury talents and skills.
The evening also included a number of cultural and recreational paragraphs aimed at enhancing the cultural aspects and community participation among students, as well as the speech of one of the students who talked about the importance of cooperative action and its benefits in building society, and a speech by Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shamiri, which addressed the importance of education and cultural activities that has positive effect on the community.
The evening was praised by Mr. Abdul Alim Aqlan, Director of the Academic Excellence Center – male Student Branch – affiliated to Ofuq Foundation for Education and Development, and admired the students of the Center and the cooperative spirit among the students, thanking the activities department at the Center represented by Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shamiri as well as students participating in He also urged all students of the Center to participate and benefit from these specific activities held at the Center. He pointed out that the evening came within the framework of refining the talents and abilities of the students of the Center, and the development and employment of their various skills.
